Ode to Rudy

Before we get started, Michael apparently feels this is "our" blog, because he is featured so prominently. So I give it up to you - should I change it to Molly & Michael or continue my exercise in ego-mania and keep it Molly & Molly?

This weekend was a good time. Randee's shower was great; so cute and so many lovely babies! I also got to spend time with my old cat, Rudy, who may be kaput soon if he doesn't put any food in his belly. He's nearly 15 and still Totally Awesome!! He's got the best attitude (called a Rudy-tude) and his name lends itself to the coolest nicknames: Rudy-Tudy Fresh & Fruity or Rude-dude. I love him and you should too. Here are some pictures so you can put a cat-face to your adoration.

Lastly, a big shout out to my new reader, Fenner!! Welcome to my cyberspace.

February Happenings

What an eventful weekend! I went to get Randee a baby shower gift and got these really cute wall art cards:
I have been thinking about them for a long time, since Aleisha's shower and decided that I can buy them and I did! So, Randee if you would like these cards, you can get them online. The website (www.eeboo.com) has lots of amazing things for babies & kids and different kinds of cards (animals, transportation, etc).

Now on to the fun I had this weekend that could not have occurred were I to have a child. Friday after work, Michael and I went out with some friends from work and Michael got to realize his dream of playing Wii and winning. But the real good time was Saturday. We had a surprise party for my friend Emy (and her twin Kara). There was a castle-cake of Rice Krispie Treats, sledding, and dance party. I've included some video of sweet dance moves (sorry they are sideways), made possible by a little CD I found called the Stripe Mix (holla to the girls who remember Club Stripes)

My new dress*

*So, I got this dress from the Forever 21 at the new San Tan Mall. The store was amazing, so huge - I could LIVE there. But the mall is not so hot. Has anyone been? It's so big, but there's nothing for your boyfriend/husband to do (if he's like Michael and doesn't dig following me around). Also, when it's summer and the misters make it humid, how much fun will it be to try on clothes when you're sweaty and sticky (and other sweaty people put their gross sweaty bodies in the clothes already!?). I'm disappointed, why don't people consult me?!

I've got nothing to say, but I feel it's time to move on from Valentine's day post. So, hello, and goodbye. Have a nice day!

Hoorah for Valentine's Day

It's a rhyme see?

I know that lots of people (and by people i mean men) are down on V-day. But I really feel that any day to celebrate and perhaps eat a cupcake is worth having, even if Hallmark and the Diamond business has hijacked it for their own purposes.

So I ask you, How will you spend your Valentine's Day? What would be the top 5 worst ways? Here's mine:

- My Valentines this year are two boys from school, who I will babysit while their parents go out. Tre Romantic!
Top 5 Worst Ways to Spend Valentines:
1. Gutting fish. I don't know why I thought of this or how I would get in this situation, but it would suck.
2. At some hoity-toity restaurant full of people, paying too much money for not enough food.
3. Absolutely alone, without even friends or family to call and say how much you love them.
4. Going to the gym. You should not have to work out on the day of Loooooove.
5. Watching the news.

Feel free to use this as a way to waste time if your bored and leave your worst ways for others to read :)

Girls, we've had so many good times! It was fun to look through my pictures. Unfortunately, I'm missing a big chunk of my pictures, but when I find them perhaps I'll do this post, Version 2.0
